So here’s my theory about wtf actually happened in this scene.
Keiichi’s injuries at the hospital don’t match up with the ones he gets here, so I’m going to say he got them when fighting Rena for the knife. Alternatively, Keiichi got on top of her with the clock and started beating her when she was on the floor. And then maybe Rena slashed at him with the knife during it.
Edit: Actually Rena probably got a hold of the clock somehow and hit Keiichi since he had a bandage around his head in the hospital. Basically their positions & weapons were switched.
