@all Ciconia fans
Just a friendly reminder to all ciconia fans, it is spoken out as “kikonia” not “siconia” tho, there is no “ci” in the katakana version but “Ki” and Ki is always pronounced with a“k” sound not a “s” sound.
in american english it is “siconia”, but the translation of ciconia no naku koro ni is “when the storks cry” and it is a fact that both; higurashi and umineko aren’t called Seagulls no naku Koro ni nor Cicadas no naku koro ni . They have their japanese words for a reason, I doubt Ryukishi-sama would suddenly switch to engrish?!!
