“Forgive me Rena-chan but unfortunately I don’t know. The games themselves completely warped my sense of time and I no longer keep track of it anymore so it’s completely lost to me. However I will do my best to recall what I can. So..it all started in 1986, and one timeline lead the game on for 12 years..but that was erased when we finished the game. Or at least when I caved and gave up on the game letting them all go.
So..since then I believe it’s been a couple years? It must be close to 1990 by now.”
“nani?!” her age is 15. or so it seems, and she comes from a complete different timeline which is 1983, meaning if she was here now at 1990 her age should be 22 but rena is definitely not 22 at all. so it means she traveled through time, and now that she knows she’s in the wrong timeline she can’t help but get frustrated. like it’s one thing to need to get on a ship and return to gifu but another to make it through time, not mention rena wouldn’t even be able to get back to hinamizawa in 1990 anyway, as the village is all locked off at that time. with other words, the only thing she could do was get back to her own kakera. and she wanted to tell that to beato but couldn’t, still seemingly how beatrice was so honest and open about the past , rena wanted to do the same but… she just couldn’t! so instead she blinked her eyes, expressing confusion. “wha…what do you mean with those games, just what were they about?! why did it take that long to end this game?!”
