So, from the looks of it she had no memory of receiving the mark, at this point it didn’t really matter how she got the mark but what did matter was what would happen next. “The mark you have on your hand is special, there are others like you that have them, they’re called mages, and that mark is called a command seal, there are technical three seals in total on that mark but I’ll explain that later, what the mark means is that one, you are a Mage that has taken part in a war for an item of great power capable of granting your greatest wish.”
“The reason I asked if you remembered how you got the mark is that you can only get it after making a contract with a heroic servant, servants are beings from either history or fiction that have made great impacts in the world good or bad, the fact you have the command seals but no one else with you does concern me, but for now that is what the mark on your hand means.” The sage finished speaking hoping that he explained about the mark and what it means well enough for her to understand.
What he told her made her gasp. she couldn’t help but blink, so was he saying that she was some type of mage? that was absurd, wasn’t it? but she had to admit, she had no idea how she came to this country, and the seal on her hand was there. that was already like magic? leave alone the fact that she understands him perfectly well, despite the difference of their language. so isn’t it enough to believe him? she may doesn’t know the sage yet , but she has sharp instincts when it comes to dishonesty and so she can tell right away that he’s not lying at all. with that in mind the gingerette nods her head. “I see. I don’t understand fully yet but rena came here so there must be a reason indeed. hau….. what… what do you recommend I should do now sir?”
